Great article and I agree that books are still here to stay (for the time being) People still like to touch the papers, flick through, see and feel as they read. It adds to the mystery and can make the story more interesting. Digital media is here to stay and will grow more and more over the coming days, weeks, months and years. The younger generation will take to digital reading as they grow but i cant agree more that there's still nothing like a cuppa Earl Grey and relaxing with a newspaper.

I'm glad you had the energy to spend your leg laughing. Most impressive! For me, oxygen was at a premium. But I too am thinking about next year. Maybe we could do the whole thing between us?

Results of how much we raised will appear soon!

Thanks to the rest of the team for agreeing to run! It was an excellent day and I spent most of my leg laughing at the crazy costumes some people were wearing. The winner had to be the guy dressed in the full bananaman suit!

I didn't pass 10 yards on the whole leg where there wasn't a group of people out cheering everyone on, handing out water, energy drinks, oranges, etc. It made the run that much easier and a whole lot of fun.

So looking forward to next year, we'll see how many of the team will be conned into running the whole marathon!!
